No music catalog?

CP said that today that would make a music catalog for members...But I don't see it And everyone I ask on CP says they can't find it.:S I wonder what's going on. Neutral

Oh yeah I forgot game updates come in the after noon...Sorry about that.And it is geting annoying why can't they start the update at night and it be ready in the morning?
